Se declara la nulidad del oficio que ordenó el envío de la acción de tutela de la referencia a la Corte Constitucional y, en consecuencia, se ordena la devolución del expediente al Juzgado Noveno Civil Municipal de Bogotá, para que tramite la impugnación formulada por el apoderado del actor.
Se dispone que, una vez agotado el procedimiento en las instancias, regrese el proceso a la Sala Segunda de Revisión, para continuar el trámite de revisión.

- Primero. DECLARAR la nulidad del Oficio No. 894 del 26 de abril de 2014, mediante el cual se ordenó enviar la acción de tutela interpuesta por Rodrigo Quintero Aguirre contra Allianz Seguros de Vida S.A. a la Corte Constitucional.
- Segundo. ORDENAR, en consecuencia, la devolución del expediente al Juzgado
- Noveno. Civil Municipal de Bogotá, para que trámite la impugnación formulada por el señor Ricardo Cifuentes Salamanca como apoderado del ciudadano Rodrigo Quintero Aguirre.
- Tercero. DISPONER que, una vez agotado el procedimiento en las instancias, el expediente deberá regresar a la Sala Segunda de Revisión para continuar el trámite de revisión.
